THE CAMBODIAN FLAG
Since around 1850 the Cambodian flag has featured a depiction of Angkor Wat in the center. The current flag was adopted in 1948 and used until 1970. Five new flags were introduced till 1993 when the 1948 flag was readopted. It holds the distinction of being the only flag in the world to feature a building in its design. The blue of the two bands is the traditional color of the king, the red represents the people.
